This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the BuildTrack Pro platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Use

BuildTrack Pro is designed for construction project management. You may use the Service to manage projects, track financials, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, store project documentation, and communicate with team members.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Uploading content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights
• Attempting to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfering with the performance or availability of the Service
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service
• Using the Service to store data unrelated to construction project management
• Misusing the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

Storage Limits

Each plan includes a storage allocation for photos, documents, and files. If you exceed your plan’s storage limit, you may be asked to upgrade or reduce your usage.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or termination. We may remove content that violates this policy without notice.
